Yesterday, the Canadian leader of the New Democratic Party died at the age of 61 years. He was my hero. His loss is devastating to Canada. He was a beacon of hope in a world gone awry.
Those of us with fibromyalgia often lose hope and fall into despair. Sometimes it seems that each day is one challenge after another. Let us change hopelessness into optimism as we remember that fibromyalgia is non life threatening and we can live with less fear.
